CableBox Mini

And lastly, in the series of 3 cable and wire storage solutions, we present the CableBox – this one is the mini version. With the Mark Brothers we showed an identification trick. The Cable Drops presented a way to organise cables you wish to keep in view. Finally we have the solution for those that could not be bothered to tidy up and are more comfortable with the ‘brush it under the rug’ option.

  • Looks good
  • Hides ugly
  • Promotes responsible parenting
  • No setup, just plonk it down on rubber strips attached to bottom
  • Makes good lunch box as alternative use

The CableBox provides you with a chance to let your work station look good while being sneaky/lazy. Being on the move much of the day, my MacBook charger takes a hammering I can assure you. That weighty square piece is particularly susceptible to getting banged up with my clumsiness. A storage box is a great idea to keep the thing in place so that it’s not sliding about or being dropped off the table every couple of minutes; and all the while it remains out of eyesight too.

Too lazy to organise? Just chuck em in the box

The mini box is ideal for a work desk. It also works perfectly at home, along the skirting boards, where crawling babies enjoy the odd adventure. Fingers in sockets do create some funky hair styles on toddlers, but you can never get the camera to fire before it settles again and it’s probably best to keep the risk of singed hair odour to a minimum. This type of entertainment is best supplied by the cartoon channel (while you’re at it, check out Johnny Bravo – the dudes got moves) rather than visiting friends 2 year olds.

Hide away the ugly and keep away from small kiddy fingers

Box’s are not always the most exciting pieces of paraphernalia. Blue Lounge have done some work to make that statement untrue. The CableBox looks great on your table, while doing an awesome job of hiding the the ugly.
